Side A — Expanding the story

Through Sey Your Vision, I worked with founder Cathy on the brand strategy for IROCKMYSCARS, Inc., supporting its transition from a breast-cancer-oriented nonprofit to an organization serving individuals with both visible and invisible scars.

Side B — Bringing the direction online

In 2025, I updated the website copy, user experience, navigation menu, imagery, and overall design to reflect that broader focus.

A grounded studio. A bigger vision.

Side A — A foundation for bigger dreams

Amy had a Pilates studio to distinguish and a bigger ambition: to build her authority in the Pilates space. With several ideas competing for attention and a domain setback to navigate, we began by bringing the direction and digital foundations into focus.

We secured her domains and transferred them out of her existing hosting platform. Amy wanted to retain another domain, so we developed a broader plan that made room for both her studio and her future ambitions.

That conversation led to PilatesXO. Amy’s grandmother signed her letters “XO”—a personal detail that became the inspiration for a name with meaning and room to grow.

Side B — Bringing Body Defined online

For Body Defined, we searched Amy’s archives for imagery and brought her original logo onto the website. We developed the website copy and overall digital experience, then selected a cost-effective scheduling solution suited to her busy lifestyle.

The handover

Amy received a Digital Infrastructure Guide and a full tutorial on managing her website, giving her a practical reference and guidance for taking care of her digital home.

Brand strategy, website copy, website design, domain coordination, scheduling solution selection, Digital Infrastructure Guide, and website training: Sey Your Vision. Client collaboration, original logo, and archival imagery: Amy / Body Defined Pilates Studio. Original photographer and logo designer credits have not yet been supplied.

PilatesXO is described here as the brand direction developed together; a separate launch or completed PilatesXO website is not asserted.

Side A — The launch work

At TriVita, I supported the original U.S. launch of Leanology Herbal Cleansing Tea in 2014 as Product Marketing Coordinator. My work included competitor research, product messaging, and Customer Service materials.

I authored the product fact sheet, which received Legal approval, and coordinated with Legal, Manufacturing, and R&D to bring the launch materials together.

Side B — The details that mattered

The packaging had excess space around the tea bags. Designer James conceived the slim-box solution: make the box lean, in keeping with the Leanology name. The packaging concept belongs to James; my contribution centered on marketing coordination and messaging.

I also supported the Canadian market launch, coordinating around Health Canada ingredient requirements. The Canadian launch date has not been confirmed.
