Your vision.
A beautiful home.

For independent business owners, founders, and creatives ready for a website that reflects the care behind their work. You might be launching your first site or moving beyond a digital presence your business has outgrown.

A website has a job to do: introduce your business, make your offers understandable, and guide people toward a useful next step. The Estate pairs that practical thinking with a distinct visual point of view.

Already have a website with good bones? If your main need is refreshed words and presentation, explore The Spruce website content refresh service.
01 / YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION

Feel like yourself.

If your website feels generic or disconnected from your business, an intentional visual direction can help it reflect your personality and point of view.

02 / YOUR VISITOR’S PATH

Make the way clear.

If visitors have to piece together what you do, thoughtful page structure and navigation can make your offers and next steps easier to find.

03 / YOUR EVERYDAY EXPERIENCE

Consider every screen.

If your site feels awkward on a phone, responsive layouts can help people read, browse, and take action across screen sizes.

A few more liner notes

Good questions.
Clear answers.

A little more context before we start a conversation.

What is The Estate?

The Estate is Sey Your Vision’s website design and development service, starting at $2,700. It combines expressive visual design with a considered user experience. The proposed framework on this page is refined into a written project scope before work begins.

Is The Estate for a new website or an existing one?

It can be a starting point for a conversation about a first website or a more substantial change to an existing site. If your site mainly needs updated content and presentation, The Spruce may be a closer fit. Discuss your current site and goals with Sey.

How many pages are included?

A fixed page count has not been specified here. Your proposal will identify the pages, any reusable templates, and functionality included in your project price.

Which website platform will be used?

The platform is a project decision to confirm with Sey. Discuss your existing setup, editing needs, and required functionality before assuming a particular platform or migration is included.

Do I need to provide the words and images?

Content responsibilities will be agreed in the proposal. Full copywriting and photography are not confirmed inclusions. Let Sey know what brand assets, text, and images you already have and where you need support.

Are hosting, maintenance, and integrations included?

Hosting, domains, ongoing maintenance, paid tools, ecommerce, and booking integrations are not confirmed inclusions. Bring any requirements to the initial conversation so the work, third-party costs, and ongoing responsibilities can be scoped.

How long does a website project take?

A fixed timeline has not been specified here. The schedule will depend on the agreed scope, content readiness, feedback, and availability. Share any preferred launch date so it can be discussed before the project is booked.

What if my brand direction is still unclear?

The Blueprint focuses on brand architecture and strategy. It may be a useful foundation before website design. Explore The Complete Experience for the strategy and website design pairing, or ask Sey about the right sequence for your business.
